According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, an Overland Park Kansas female juvenile was injured in a RTV accident that occurred on July 22, 2018 on Bean Patch Loop Road and State Highway 83, approximately 5 miles South of Poteau, OK in LeFlore County.
According to the report, 2012 Kubota RTV driven a juvenile female from Overland Park, Kansas, was traveling eastbound on Bean Patch Road in the ditch where the she made a U-turn to go westbound, and the RTV rolled one quarter times before ejecting both driver and passenger.
The passenger was a female juvenile also from Overland Park, Kansas.
She was transported by private owned vehicle to Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau then life flighted to St. Francis in Tulsa and was listed in stable condition with leg injuries.
The accident was investigated by OHP.
