According to Professional Oklahoma Educators, State Bill 807 was signed into law by Gov. Stitt yesterday on April 20.
This is great news for school support employees. SB 807, a POE request bill, not only allows for school support employees to be paid for the duration of a health emergency but guarantees payment.
