According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a Stigler man was injured in a one vehicle accident that occurred on February 14,2020 at 9:47pm on State Highway 82 and Choctaw Rd, 1.3 miles south of Stigler, Oklahoma, in Haskell County.
According to the report, a 2005 GMC Sierra driven by Jerry Bails 57 of Stigler was south bound on SH82 and failed to negotiate a curve, departed the roadway to the left and then struck a fence and rolled coming to a rest in a field.
He was transported by Pafford EMS to Mercy Ft. Smith and was admitted in stable condition for arm and head injuries.
