According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Plano Texas man was injured in an ATV accident that occurred on August 18, 2018 at approximately Personal injury collision occurred on 08-18-2018 at approximately 7:15pm on United States Forestry Service 52500 Road, 1 mile north of Lucian Sorrel Road and approximately 4 miles north of Hochatown, OK in McCurtain County.
According to the report, a 2017 Yamaha ATV driven by Robert Strong 42, of Plano, Texas was northbound on United States Forestry Service 52500 Road, when he attempted to negotiate a curve to the left and lost control. The ATV overturned 2 times coming to rest on its wheels.
Strong was transported by Air-Evac to Wadley Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. He was admitted in good condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
