According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a Texas man was injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred on State Highway 63 on October 5, 2018.

According to the report, the accident occurred at approximately 8:36pm, three miles west of Talihina, in Latimer County when a 2012 Triumph motorcycle driven by Justin P. Eagle, 47, of Georgetown, Texas, swerved to miss a cow in the roadway that had already been struck, causing the motorcycle to depart the roadway to the right.

 

Eagle was transported by LeFlore County EMS to McAlester Regional Health Center and later transported to St. Francis in Tulsa he was listed in critical condition with trunk internal and leg injuries.
