Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are training this week on the Run. Hide. Fight. method. The class, taught by LSU’s NCBRT/Academy of Counter-Terrorist Education, trains the Run. Hide. Fight. paradigm and guides non-traditional first responders in the various ways these methods can be employed in the event of an active threat incident.
Troopers are learning the material and will then be taught how to teach these methods to others in the community, including employees of schools, churches, and businesses.
