Tauriawn Latrelle Knight, 25, faces five felonies in relation to the robbery and burglary at Redbud Relief Farms.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond praised the work of his Organized Crime Task Force and its partner agencies for their ongoing work to fight organized criminal activity across the state.
“My office is committed to rooting out dangerous criminal activity and protecting public safety,” he said. “These two individuals will face the full force of the law.”
Lee and Knight are charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, first-degree robbery, first- and second-degree burglary and assault while masked. The two allegedly broke into the residence and marijuana grow buildings at Redbud Relief Farms, assaulting the occupants and demanding money. They are accused of stealing marijuana, cash, credit cards and a Ford F-150 truck before fleeing the crime.
Lee also is charged with attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon, first- and second-degree burglary and engaging in a pattern of criminal offenses after allegedly attempting to rob two individuals at ZMAT LLC with the intent of stealing marijuana.
