Two injured in accident in Latimer County Featured

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, an injury accident involving two vehicles occurred at 8:49 am on May 13, on State Highway 2 in Latimer County.


According to the report, a 2004 Chevrolet Pick-up, driven by Roger Prince, 68 of Clayton was traveling northbound on State Highway 2 and went left of center and struck a 2018 Jeep driven by Wynona Cusher, 39 of Clayton head on who was traveling southbound.


Prince was transported by an OHP Trooper to the Choctaw Nation Hospital in Talihina to be checked for leg and arm injuries.

He was later released to a Latimer County Deputy on an unrelated matter.


Cusher was transported by McAlester Air Care to St. Francis hospital in Tulsa for multiple injuries.


She was listed in critical condition.


The accident is still under investigation.
