Poteau, OKLAHOMA – Mayor Jeff Shockley presented Rocky Sumpter with his 25 years of service with the city of Poteau.
Sumpter was awarded his service pin at the Poteau city council meeting on Monday, July 2, 2018.
Sumpter is currently working in the Parks department.
