Before the month is out, you can check out the Warr Acres Library’s indoor cotton crop (July 27, Warr Acres), learn to can salsa ( Aug. 31, Tulsa), polish your skills at teaching young children about the environment (Aug. 31, OKC), and go online for the nitty-gritty on organic certification (Aug. 31).
