During this time of the COVID-19 crisis, many people are unable to access, and afford, their most basic needs, including food.  Team Rubicon and Patient Advocate Foundation have partnered to provide emergency food assistance to those who have cancer, Multiple Sclerosis or Rheumatoid Arthritis, and have been affected by COVID-19.

There are two ways this program may be able to assist you:

  1. Team Rubicon is mobilizing volunteers to provide food pick up and delivery assistance.
  2. Patient Advocate Foundation is providing a one-time $500 financial assistance grant to those in need of financial assistance to purchase food.

The COVID-19 Emergency Food Assistance Program is powered by the generous support of Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation.

Please complete the following form to apply for food delivery assistance through Team Rubicon and financial assistance from Patient Advocate Foundation.

As the demand for this assistance is anticipated to be high, we are aiming to be in touch within 48-72 hours. Got questions? Head to our FAQs.
