The Community State Bank is proud to announce a key leadership transition that honors the past while looking toward the future.
After 49 years of dedicated service, Bob Oliver has been named Chief Financial Officer Emeritus in recognition of his exceptional contributions and steadfast leadership. Bob has been the only CFO in the bank’s history, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. He will continue to serve the bank in a full-time consulting position, ensuring a seamless transition and continued excellence in financial stewardship.

As part of this transition, Jackie Perez has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of TCSB. Jackie joined the bank in 2010 as a credit analyst and later served in a variety of roles within the lending department. She most recently held the position of Senior Vice President and Controller, where she demonstrated exceptional financial intellect and a deep understanding of the bank’s operations and

community-focused mission.
Jackie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Carl Albert State College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Arkansas–Fort Smith.
“Jackie brings a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to our customers and community,” said Larry Spradley. “Her leadership will help guide TCSB into its next chapter with the same values and dedication that have defined us for over five decades.”
