The Poteau 7th & 8th Grade Center (SEC) February Students of the Month (SOM)

Poteau 7^th & 8^th Grade Center (SEC) has announced the February Students of the Month (SOM).

The seventh grade SOM are Nolan Phillips and Kady Whitehead.

The eighth grade SOM are Erik Martinez and Danielle Clark.

Kady is the daughter of Becky Whitehead. Her electives are Flight and Space, Keyboarding, and Robotics. Kady likes school “because It works my mind, and I get to learn and have fun with my friends.”

Nolan is the son of Beth and Adam Phillips. His electives are Track, Robotics, and Family & Consumer Science. Nolan likes school “because I can see my friends.”

Danielle is the daughter of Cheryl and Clint Clark. Her electives are FACS, Library Worker, and Stage Craft. Danielle likes school “because I love being able to be in band, spend time with my friends, have great teachers, and be able to work in the library!” She is a member of Gifted & Talented, Library Staff, and FCCLA.

Erik is the son of Miguel Martinez and Anna Bender. His electives are Athletics and Weightlifting. Erik likes school “because I can see my friends and learn new things, and I like to talk to people.”
