According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol an injury collision occurred Feb 2, 2024 at approximately 11:26pm on Holson Valley Rd approximately 7 miles southwest of Hodgen in LeFlore County.
According to the report, a 2010 Chevrolet, driven by Rebecca Renick, 33, from Heavener, was travelling eastbound on Holson Valley Road, the driver fell asleep, ran off left side of roadway and struck a ditch.
She was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, AR with arm injuries. Admitted in stable condition.
A 16 year old passenger from Heavener was transported by Mercy Life to Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR with head injuries. Admitted in stable condition.
Investigated by OHP, assisted by LeFlore County Sheriffs Department, Heavener Police Dept and LeFlore County EMS.
