NORTHEAST

Fort Gibson: September 22. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 82°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, spoons, topwater lures, and worms around docks, points, and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on crankbaits, hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, plastic baits, and spoons below the dam, main lake, and points. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, shad, sunfish, and worms below the dam, coves, main lake, and points. Report submitted by Cody Morris, game warden stationed in Wagoner County.

Greenleaf: September 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 82°F and clear. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, slabs, and small lures around brush structure, coves, and docks. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, flukes, sassy shad, and spinnerbaits around docks, points, shorelines, and weed beds. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, shad, and worms around coves, creek channels, docks, and shorelines. Report submitted by Dylan Langford, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.

Kaw: September 23. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 80°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass good on buzz baits, crankbaits, jerk baits, jigs, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, riprap, rocks, and standing timber. Striped bass hybrids and white bass excellent on crankbaits, grubs, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, live bait, live shad, sassy shad, spoons, and topwater lures around main lake, points, and riprap. Crappie on jigs, live bait, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, main lake, and standing timber. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Keystone: September 22. Elevation is normal and rising, water temperature 70°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on jerk baits, jigs, and topwater lures around coves, creek channels, dam, docks, flats, main lake, points, and riprap. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait and dough bait around coves, creek channels, and main lake. Bluegill and green sunfish fair on minnows around brush structure, docks. Report submitted by Bailey Johnson, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois River: September 20. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 65°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, crickets, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, and worms below the dam, shallows, and shorelines. Comments: Current river flow 260 CFS around the clock. Report submitted by Jerry Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Tenkiller: September 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 78°F and stained. Webbers Falls: September 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 82°F and stained. Broken Bow: September 21. Elevation is 10.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 87°F and clear. Konawa: September 22. McGee Creek: September 20. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 80°F and stained. Pine Creek: September 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 81°F and clear. Texoma: September 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 82°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass fair on live shad around channels, main lake, and points. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on dough bait, live shad, punch bait, and stinkbait around channels, coves, points, and river mouth. Crappie fair on caddis flies, grubs, hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, coves, docks, points, and standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week has been okay. Striper are good on live shad near ledges. The bigger fish have been harder to find than the smaller box fish. Catfish continue to be good near baited holes and cleaning docks using punch bait and cut bait. Wister: September 20. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 91°F and stained.
