Dr. Robert Franklin, Republican Candidate for State Superintendent of Public Instruction
LeFlore County voters had the opportunity to meet Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction candidate Dr. Robert Franklin Saturday afternoon at the Cavanal Event Center in Poteau. Dr. Franklin will be on the Republican Run-Off ballot on August 25th.
