Mullin Votes to Fund President Trump’s Border Wall

WASHINGTON—Congressman Markwayne Mullin (OK-2) released the following statement after the House failed to pass an immigration bills that would fulfill President Trump’s funding request to build the wall on our southern border:

“Before we move forward addressing other aspects of immigration reform, we must first secure our borders,” said Mullin. “I voted this week to fully fund President Trump’s border wall because without it, our national security is compromised and the lives of Americans are at risk. I will continue to work alongside President Trump and his administration to ensure our efforts to reform our country’s immigration policies include securing our southern border.”
