DURANT – Josh Brecheen has earned the endorsement of fellow Oklahoma conservative Marty Quinn immediately on the heels of a strong showing in the Oklahoma Republican primary for Congressional District Two. “Josh Brecheen is a man of the highest integrity. His standard of truth is based on Godly values and principles. The same core values and principles on which our founding fathers built this great nation” said Oklahoma State Sen. Marty Quinn and Brecheen’s fellow congressional candidate. Brecheen began his political education, working for the late Sen. Dr. Tom Coburn. Brecheen says, “the principles of responsible government and accountability guided Coburn. These are what the establishment fears and will fight, regardless of which party holds power.” Brecheen has the endorsement of Carolyn Coburn, Sen. Dr. Tom Coburn’s wife of 50 years. Like Brecheen, Quinn is a true Oklahoma conservative serving with integrity, strong principles, and deep character and believes we need to send leaders who live these qualities to Washington DC. Brecheen said he is honored to receive Quinn’s endorsement. “The primary results showed the strength of our message. The support of a strong Oklahoma conservative like Marty only reinforces that message. Americans want mature and sober leadership willing to make the hard decisions.” Brecheen said. “What you want in Washington D.C. is someone who knows how to say ‘no,’” Brecheen said. Brecheen has the record to prove he’s a serious candidate who doesn’t just talk during campaigns but acts on his principles and promises. He authored legislation to cap state debt, saving tens of millions in taxpayer funds, ban dismemberment abortions, and repeal/replace Common Core educational standards. He has one of the most conservative voting records during his time in the Oklahoma Senate. Brecheen kept a campaign promise to limit himself to only eight years in the Oklahoma State Senate. He will keep that same promise if sent to the U.S. Congress. “My past will tell you about my future. I keep my promises,” Brecheen said. According to Quinn, Brecheen is a man to be trusted. “Our nation needs men of courage and commitment like Josh Brecheen right now,” Quinn said. Brecheen is a committed Christian, husband, father, and fourth-generation rancher. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he majored in Agriculture. He also served as state president of the Oklahoma FFA Association in 1998. Since 2018, he’s owned and operated an excavation/trucking business, Rawhide Dirtworks L.L.C
