Unofficial 2022 Primary Results for LeFlore County
The LeFlore County Election Board will certify the election and declare official results Friday afternoon. The results posted in the pdf file below are with 100% of the precincts reported in LeFlore County. State offices and US Congress race results are for the county only and may vary significantly when all results from other counties are tallied.
Locally, Deana Morrison received 41.15% of the votes while Dennis Yochum received 37.43% of the votes. Incumbent Gaylon Freeman received 17.42% of the votes. A run-off between Morrison and Yochum is likely to be necessary to declare our next county assessor.
The town of Bokoshe’s proposition will pass with over 95% of voters in favor of the proposition.
In the District 1 County Commissioner’s race, Vallard Campbell III received 49.03% of the total votes, and Jessie Wilsie received 28.85%, which will most likely put the two candidates in the run-off election. Carroll Rogers received 22.12% of the votes.
In the District 3 County Commissioner’s race, Jamie Oliver received 38.56% and Bucky Pugh received 34.31% of the votes. Kevin Wiles received 23.50% and Roy K. Hall, Sr. received 3.63% of the votes. Oliver and Pugh will most likely face each other in the run-off election.
