Sallisaw, OK – The Cherokee Nation and Carl Albert State College are thrilled to announce the upcoming Scholarship Golf Classic, set to take place on Friday, May 24, 2024, at the beautiful Cherokee Springs Golf Course. A big thanks to the Cherokee Nation for serving as the corporate sponsor. This exciting event offers a perfect blend of competitive golf and community spirit, all in support of scholarships for deserving Sequoyah County students attending Carl Albert State College.

Event Details:
Date: Friday, May 24, 2024
Location: Cherokee Springs Golf Course
Tournament Rules/Team Meeting: 8:30 AM
Shotgun Start: 9:00 AM

Participation Fees:
Individual Player: $75
Team of Four: $300
Golf Team and Hole Sponsor: $350 (includes cart, green fee, 2 mulligans, lunch, and logo on a sign at a hole)
Hole Sponsorship: $200 (logo on a sign at a hole)

The registration fee for individual players and teams includes a cart, green fee, two mulligans, and lunch. Additionally, there are cash prizes available for the top three teams, making this tournament not only a charitable event but also a competitive and rewarding experience for all participants.

For businesses and individuals interested in further supporting the cause, there are sponsorship opportunities available:

  • Golf Team and Hole Sponsor: For $350, sponsors will receive a team entry (four players), a cart, green fees, two mulligans, lunch, and a logo on a sign at one of the holes.
  • Hole Sponsorship: For $200, sponsors can have their logo displayed on a sign at one of the holes.
