RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the Women’s Tennis award for the second week of the 2022 season. Henderson State’s Mulan Kamoe claimed the Player of the Week honor.

GAC WOMEN’S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Mulan Kamoe, Henderson State, Jr., Nasoso Nadi, Fiji

Kamoe picked up two singles wins and two doubles victories. In a 4-3 win against Delta State, She paired with Georjemah Row for win at No. 1 doubles and collected a 6-2, 6-0 win from No. 1 singles. Against No. 15 Angelo State, she defeated Valentina Gonzalez, the ITA’s No. 31 player, in straight sets. She and Row toppled Ena Ovcina and Gonzalez, the No. 5 doubles pair.
