OSBI AND CACHE POLICE MAKE ARREST IN 2019 SUSPICIOUS DEATH Featured

CACHE, Okla. – Agents from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), along with officers from the Cache Police Department, made an arrest on April 28, in the suspicious death of 58-year-old Terry Vanburen.

Terry was found in his home on Rogers Lane in Cache on September 2, 2019. He was dead from a single gunshot wound. His wife Loretta Vanburen called 9-1-1 and when Cache police officers responded they found Terry’s death suspicious and called the OSBI to investigate.

Based on the investigation, today the Comanche County District Attorney filed a charge of Murder in the First Degree against Terry’s 59-year-old wife Loretta.

An arrest warrant was issued for Loretta, who was taken into custody at her home without incident.

She is currently being held in the Comanche County Jail on a $500,000 bond
