POCOLA, Okla. (March 10, 2025)- Food Network star and Boston-based restaurateur Tiffani Faison is taking over Seven Ponies inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on April 4 and 5!
Faison is a frequent host of Food Network’s “Chopped,” “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Guy’s Grocery Games,” as well as a contestant on “Tournament of Champions.” She’s the founder of restaurant group Big Heart Hospitality, which has opened Sweet Cheeks Q, Fool’s Errand, Dive Bar, Tenderoni’s Pizza and Bubble Bath. She’s received four James Beard nominations and Boston magazine named her “Best Chef: General Excellence” in 2016.
Faison will be hosting a four-course meal inside Seven Ponies Restaurant at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola on Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5 with seatings at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each night. Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased here.
Faison will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaw’s chefs to prepare light, fresh dishes full of bold flavors. The menu starts with a popover “salad,” followed by a chicken and spring vegetable croque monsieur. The main course will be smoked pork and shrimp mojo with braised greens and a cilantro cucumber salad, and the night will finish with chocolate silk pie.
She is the fourth chef to host a restaurant takeover at the Pocola resort, following Alex Guarnaschelli, Jet Tila and Rocco DiSpirito.
