WILBURTON, Oklahoma – Eastern Oklahoma State College will celebrate Homecoming 2025 with a full week of student, alumni and community activities beginning Monday, Nov. 10. This year’s theme is “The Road Home.”

The week will feature a variety of spirit days, student competitions and athletic events, leading up to the annual Homecoming Parade, basketball games, and alumni celebrations on Saturday, Nov. 15.

On September 22, Wilburton Mayor Loran Mayes signed a proclamation declaring Nov. 10–15 as Homecoming Week in Wilburton. Eastern President Dr. Randy Harp joined Mayor Mayes for the signing, along with representatives from each of Eastern’s athletic and agricultural judging teams.

Highlights of the week include:

Monday–Friday, Nov. 10–14 – EOSC Library Fall Food Drive.

Monday, Nov. 10 – Pajama Day, men’s basketball vs. Langston JV (Chuck-the-Duck at halftime), and rehearsal for Eastern’s Got Talent.

Tuesday, Nov. 11 – Tourist Tuesday, Club/Team Poster Making, Veterans Day Ceremony, women’s basketball vs. NCCC (three-point contest at halftime), and Glow Capture the Flag.

Wednesday, Nov. 12 – Decades Day, Sidewalk Chalk Competition, and Eastern’s Got Talent showcase.

Thursday, Nov. 13 – Destination Duo/Group Day, Gurney Races, and Chili Cookoff.

Friday, Nov. 14 – Mountaineer Spirit Day, Pep Rally, Cornhole Tournament, Alumni Hall of Fame Celebration (6 p.m., E.E. Tourtellotte Student Center Ballroom), and Homecoming Dance.

Saturday, Nov. 15 – Hill Toppers Breakfast with the President, Mountaineer 5K & Fun Run, Homecoming Parade, Alumni Annual Meeting, Tailgate Lunch, women’s and men’s basketball games, alumni recognition, Spirit Stick presentation, and the crowning of the 2025 Homecoming King and Queen.

EOSC President Dr. Randy Harp said Homecoming is a special opportunity to bring the Eastern family together.

“Homecoming is about celebrating our traditions and reconnecting with the people and places that make Eastern such a special part of our lives,” Harp said. “We’re excited to welcome alumni, students and our community to campus for this year’s celebration.”
