Matthew was a devoted father whose greatest joy in life was his daughter, Kelsi. He loved her unconditionally and treasured every moment they spent together. Matthew had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing whenever he could. Known for his generous spirit and caring nature, he was always willing to help others and had a special gift for bringing smiles to those around him. His kind heart, compassion, and friendship will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by Parents, Donnie Harris and Stepmother Lillie Harris and mother, Ruby (Potter) Yarnell; daughter, Kelsi Harris of Sallisaw, OK; brother, Jeffery Potter Harris and wife Patty of Haskell, OK; Stepbrother, Ricky Fetters of McCurtain, OK; Stepsister, Christina Dill of Spiro, OK; Grandmother, Ruby Potter of Cameron; Niece, Sophia Potter; Nephew, Aiden Potter
Memorial Service for Matthew Harris, 41, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at New Life Family Center in Spiro, Oklahoma, with Lillie Harris and Casey Clinton officiating.
