Ronald “Skip” F. Butler was born October 10, 1943 in Providence, Rhode Island to Floyd and Thalia Rose (Smith) Butler and passed away July 13, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 75.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Sherry Butler of the home; two sons, Ronnie Butler of Spiro, Oklahoma and Randy Butler of Spiro, Oklahoma; a cousin Linda Fritschie of Spiro, Oklahoma and other relatives, friends and loved ones.
Skip was proceeded in death by his parents. Skip worked for Rheem for 35 years and loved to hunt and fish.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Mallory-Martin Chapel Spiro, Oklahoma.
Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be Tuesday from 11-7 pm with the family greeting friends from 5-7 at the funeral home.
