Billy Wayne Gravitt, 68, passed away on June 10, 2025, at home in Talihina, Oklahoma surrounded by his family. Billy was born on July 26, 1956, in Talihina, Oklahoma to parents Walter and Molly Mae (Crims) Gravitt. Billy was a high school graduate of Talihina. He served in the Army National Guard and honorably discharged on October 7, 1986. Billy was preceded in death by his father Walter Gravitt and his nephew Scott Lanning.
Billy is survived by his mother Molly Mae (Crims) Gravitt and friend Joe Gaston of Talihina, Oklahoma, his two sons, his brother Walter Gravitt of Talihina, Oklahoma, his sisters Nancy Childers Musick of Euless, Texas, Helen Childers Lanning and husband Eddie of Crystal Beach, Texas, and Charlene Gravitt Shillings and husband Chuck of Whitesboro, Oklahoma, along with many other relatives and loved ones.
The Celebration of Life Services will be held privately, and burial will follow at Old Talihina Cemetery in Talihina, Oklahoma.
