In Loving Memory of Brad Randall

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Bradford “Brad” Randall, a beloved mentor, father, grandfather, and husband. Brad passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023, after a rapid decline due to an unexpected Covid-19 infection that led to pneumonia.

Brad was a pillar of strength and wisdom in our family and community. He joined the family business in 1977 after working for five years at First Tennessee Bank in Memphis. His dedication and leadership led to him becoming the General Manager of Randall Ford in 1982. In 1997, he bought the store from his father Clyde and continued to make significant contributions to the industry.

His service extended beyond our family business. From 1998-2000, he served as head of the National Dealer Council. He also dedicated 26 years of service to the board of the Ford Dealers Advertising Foundation, matching only Harry Trotter in Pine Bluff, AR in terms of tenure.

Brad’s influence reached various organizations. He served on the board of Union Life Insurance, American Western, AADA, and as a NADA 20 Group chairperson. His love for his community was evident in his long-time support of the Razorback Foundation in Fayetteville, AR.

Brad’s legacy will continue to live on through his wife Jana Randall, his two sons Bradford Randall and wife Nicole of Fort Smith, AR and Zachary Randall and wife Maryam of Cleveland, OH, and his three grandchildren, Amelia, Miles, and Oliver, two sisters Lucy Randall of Collinsville, OK and Sarah Randall Maloney of Rogers, AR, one sister-in-law Kathleen Randall of Fayetteville, AR, and five nephews John Nelson, Josh Randall, Aaron Randall, Robert Maloney, Thomas Randall and one niece Jennifer Lightman, along with numerous other relatives and friends. Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Sr. & Lucy (Brown) Randall, two brothers Clyde Randall Jr & Mark Randall, and one stepson Jay Shadwick.

The Celebration of Life Services for Brad will be held 2pm – Saturday September 16, 2023, at First Christian Church in Poteau, Oklahoma with Pastor Dennis Jones officiating and burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be Gary Gray, David Hardwick, Ernie Darneal, Benny Gullick, Dan Smith, & Mike Rollins.
