Carl Lelton Heflin Obituary

Carl Heflin, 90, passed away on June 3, 2025, in Grove, Oklahoma with his family by his side. Carl was born on February 17, 1935, to parents Elzie D. and Esther Fay (Gist) Heflin.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary Heflin, his two sisters, and one brother.

Carl is survived by his son Gary Heflin and wife Rhonda of Tuckerman, Arkansas, his daughter Brenda Pavatt and husband Clint of Grove, Oklahoma, his 3 grandchildren Paige, Hayes, and Kelly Z, his 4 grandchildren, his sister Louise Ray of Spiro, Oklahoma, and his sister-in-law Claudia Keeler and husband Mervin of Oregon, along with many other loved ones and friends.

The Celebration of Life Graveside Services for Carl will be held 2pm – Monday, June 16, 2025, Maxey Cemetery Pavilion at Maxey Cemetery in Wister, Oklahoma with Pastor Gene Heflin officiating and burial to follow.
