Graveside Service for Darlene Howard, 74 of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 10:00am on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Spiro City Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma with Mr. Braedon Howard and Reverend Bryan Fouts officiating. The family will visit with friends from 5pm-7pm Friday at the funeral home.
Darlene was born on October 25, 1948 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Mildred (Daugherty) and Darrell Barham, Sr. and passed away on July 19, 2023 in Spiro, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gil Howard; nephew, Derrick. Darlene was a member of Victory Worship Center, she loved her flowers and watching her birds. Frama loved her family dearly, she thought her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids were a gift from God.
Survivors include daughter, Sunnye Gilliam and husband Matt; son, Shawn Howard and wife Jenn, six grandchildren, Karie Ramsey, Kandace Hoy and husband Jake, Chelsea West and husband Chase, Braedon Howard and wife Kayli, Hannah Gilliam, and Dru Gilliam; three great grandchildren, Easton Ramsey, Paisley West, and Brooks Howard; two brothers Darrell Barham, Jr. and wife Sharon and Richard Barham and wife Victoria; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends including her lifelong friend, Mary King and her constant companion, her dog Max.
