She was born on July 24, 1946 in Bokoshe, Oklahoma to Hazel Marie (Nixon) Partain and Ocie Theodore Partain and passed away on January 11, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dianna was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Phillip Partain.
Survivors include sons, Randy McKinney, Scott McKinney and wife Cindy; sister, Charlotte Smith; grandchildren, Ryan McKinney, Kris McKinney, Kyle McKinney, Tyler McKinney, Jillian McKinney, Brittany Gregory, numerous great grandchildren, other relatives and loved ones.
