Gladys Marie Hayes, 96, of Panama, OK passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 in Poteau. Gladys was born September 22, 1924 in Tahona, OK to Wesley & Audie Ann (Rogers) Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; children, Charles Shepard & Carmel Rich; brother, Arlen Martin and sister, Patsy Spearman.
Survivors include her children, PaGladys Marie Hayesulette Murray, Paul Shepard, Wes Hayes, Jesse James Hayes, Jerry Lee Hayes, Janice Sue Hayes and James Hayes; 16 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren; brother, Wesley Martin & Mary; sister, Virgie Morrell; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 2 pm, Thursday, March 4, 2021 graveside at New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, OK with Phyllis Stimac officiating.
