J.B. Skelton, Sr. of Spiro, Oklahoma was born January 7, 1942 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Hurl and Pauline (Sykes) Skelton, and passed away February 10, 2019 in Spiro, Oklahoma at the age of 77.
He is survived by his daughters; Annette Skelton Blevins and husband Chris, Lisa Dawn Skelton Tucker and husband Jason, brother; Herman Skelton, sister, JoAnn Knox, 12 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Hurl and Pauline Skelton, son, JB Skelton, Jr., and brother Hurl Warren Skelton.
JB was a member of the NRA, and a member of the Kusa Nunahi Cherokee Tribe.
He enjoyed welding, woodworking, and piddling with anything and everything.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Friday at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Eddie Blankenship officiating, Eulogy will be said by his granddaughters; Amber Stites and Bobbie Osburn.
Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.
