Jeanne cherished her family and found joy in caring for those she loved. She adored her grandchildren, enjoyed getting lost in a good book, and loved spending time at the lake with a cold Coke in hand. Her 55 years with James was an achievement in itself—a testament to a love she held for him without end.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her sons, Spencer Lynch, Patrick Lynch, her sister Lori Bullard, her brother Rick Ford, and her father Eual Ford.
She is survived by her husband, James Lynch of the home, her daughter, Jamie Thomason and husband Charlie of Lindale, Texas, her mother, Pat Ford, one brother, Lester Ford, three sisters, Patricia Deville, June Warren and Phyliss Goodnight, five grandchildren, Brandon and Alyssa Gregory of Poteau, Oklahoma, Dylan and Shelby Gregory of Springdale, Arkansas, Brianna and Erin Neal of Poteau, Oklahoma,
McKenzie Thomason of Lindale, Texas and Cale Thomason of Lindale, Texas, seven great grandchildren, Nate Gregory, Harper-Lee Standridge, Warren Gregory, Jess Gregory, Brynn Gregory, Chandler Gregory and Rylee Neal along with numerous other relatives, loved ones and friends.
The Celebration of Life Services for Jeanne will be held 1pm – Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at The Cedars on Dewey 520 Dewey Ave Poteau, Oklahoma, (everyone is welcome to the service) with a private family burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery. The Family of Jeanne Lynch will greet friends from 5pm – 7pm on Monday, April 13, 2026, also at The Cedars on Dewey. Casket bearers will be Brandon Gregory, Dylan Gregory, Cale Thomason, Charlie Thomason, Chris Bullard and Hoyt Dolph.
