Memorial Service for Jerry Phillips, 72 of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be at 10:00am on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Bokoshe First Baptist Church in Bokoshe, Oklahoma with Reverend Sam Watkins officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.
Jerry Wayne was born on August 30, 1951 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Lahoma Delainey (Fox) Phillips and Thomas Jefferson Phillips and passed away on July 28, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tommy Ray Phillips, Eddie Lee Phillips and his wife Edna; brother-in-law, Vernon Weaver; and sister-in-law, Susan Phillips.
Survivors include his step-daughter, Terri Thompson; sister, Gail Weaver, Jo White and husband Allen; brother, Herman Phillips, Johnny “JD” Phillips and wife Trish, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
