Funeral Service for Joann Teresa “Bitty” Cooper, 43 of Spiro, Oklahoma will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Lighthouse Crossroads Church in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Howard Jeffery and Brother Jimmy Joe Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home. Wake Service will be 5:00pm, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the Church.
She was born on November 23, 1979 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Molly (Pierce) Cooper and Sylvester Cooper and passed away on December 3, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her son, Scooter Kyle Slaton; grandparents, Tommy and Agnes Pierce and Leonard and Alfie Cooper.
Survivors include her sons, Noah Cooper, Job Cooper; daughter, Kellie Slaton; parents, Sylvester and Molly Cooper; sister, Agnes “Cindy” Cooper; brother, Leonard “Carbon” Cooper and wife Rebecca, Sylvester
“Scooter” Cooper and wife Jackie; nieces and nephews, Ethel and Johnny Dalton Cooper, Eddie Cooper, Little Carbon Cooper, Isabella Cooper, Grace and Bubba Harrison; 1 great niece; 4 great nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relative and friends.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Dalton Cooper, Eddie Cooper, Anthony Cooper, Tom Cooper, Sonny Joe Cooper, Tommy Albert McNally, Early Cooper, Robbie Cooper, Barney Ray McNally, Jackie Dickie McNally,Tommy Henry Pierce, Bennie Cooper, David Cooper, and Brad Cooper.
