Graveside Service for Kimsey Grant Fry, 54 of Bokoshe, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Ezequiel Gallegos officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro, Oklahoma.

Kimsey was born on December 13, 1965 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Leona Syble (Cusick) Fry and Jim Fry and passed away on October 31, 2020 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He  was married to Lisa LeAnn Black on March 22, 1997 in Anson,Texas. Kimsey was proceeded in death by his mother Syble Fry. Kimsey went to M.B. Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas for four years. His first ministry was at a Missionary Baptist mission in Chicago, Illinois. He was a the  Pastor of these churches; Ethel MBC in Antlers, Oklahoma, Heritage MBC in Anson, Texas,  East Side MBC in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Liberty MBC in Greenwood Arkansas, and Calvary MBC in Poteau, Oklahoma. For a short time he was the principal of the Spiro ACE Christian School at Lakeview MBC in Spiro, Oklahoma. He then became full time caretaker of his family while working for the Choctaw Nation. He loved to do wood working and carving walking canes for his family. Along the way he suffered from many illnesses.

Kimsey is survived by his wife Lisa of home, a daughter Hannah of the home, parents, Jim and Jackie Fry of Spiro, Oklahoma, a brother, Jeffrey Fry and wife Becky of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, sisters Angie Hill of Spiro, Oklahoma, and Heather Henson and husband John of Poteau, Oklahoma, nephews, Ethan Wayne Hill, Jacob Fry, and Dayton Henson, nieces, Magen Hill, Abigail Fry, Leah Fry, Elizabeth Fry, and Kiley Henson, and a host of other family and friends.

Viewing will be Tuesday from 9am-7pm with the family greeting friends from 5pm-7pm at the funeral home.
