William C. “Bill” Staggs of Fort Smith, Arkansas was born February 2, 2941 in Russellville, Arkansas to Riley and Amy (Moten) Staggs and passed away September 4, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 77.
He is survived by his two sisters; Shirley Underwood of Spiro, Oklahoma and Ina Mae Mayero of Borger, Texas along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loved ones.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Riley and Amy Staggs, and his brother, Tommy Moten.
Cremation under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro, Oklahoma.
