He is survived by:

James Carr and wife Faith Potter of Bokoshe, Oklahoma
Two nieces:
Britteny Carr and Adrianna Carr both of Fort Smith, Arkansas
Numerous other loved ones and a host of friends
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Beverly Carr.
William, a longtime resident of the community, was well-known for his skills as a handyman. He had a passion for tinkering with lawn mowers, as well as enjoying the great outdoors through hunting and fishing. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
