RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. –  With the 2024 Great American Conference women’s soccer regular season complete, the league announced the bracket and schedule for the GAC Women’s Soccer Championships. By virtue of Monday’s 3-0 victory against Northwestern Oklahoma State combined with a Harding tie, Ouachita Baptist secured the program’s first regular-season title and the right to host. The event begins on Friday with two semifinal contests from Wesley & Debbie Kluck Field in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

Ouachita opens the tournament with an 11 a.m. contest against Southern Nazarene. The two teams drew both of their regular season meetings – 1-1 in Bethany, Oklahoma on October 12 and 0-0 in Arkadelphia on October 26. Ouachita Baptist owns a 3-0 all-time record in GAC Championship play against Southern Nazarene, including a victory in the semifinals of the 2023 GAC Championships.

In the second semifinal, Harding faces Oklahoma Baptist. The Lady Bisons qualified for a four-team GAC Championship for the first time since 2019. They collected a 4-1 road win against the Bison on October 12. Oklahoma Baptist answered with a 1-0 win in Searcy, Arkansas on October 26. The two have never met at the GAC Championships.
