Oklahoma Baptist placed first for the men and third for the women at the RSU Distance After Dark. Emery Crayton placed fifth (20:27.1) as an individual after four miles while Adelaide Murphy (18:08.9) took eighth in the 5k run.
At the Aggie Duels in Lawton, Okla., East Central took top team honors on both men’s and women’s side. The first four male finishers donned the orange and black while the women took three of the top four spots.
Harding’s men took fifth at the City Auto Memphis Twilight XC Classic behind four NCAA Division I programs, while defeating six other DI programs. The Lady Bisons took fourth after falling behind three DI programs while outpacing fifth-place Arkansas State by three points.
Southeastern‘s women raced at the RSU Distance After Dark, taking 12th place while Southern Nazarene took 15th on the women’s side and 12th on the men’s. Northwestern Oklahoma State‘s men placed third at the Aggie Duels while the women took fourth.
Arkansas Tech’s women ran with Harding in the Memphis Twilight XC Classic, taking 11th place, while Arkansas-Monticello competed at the UCA XC Bear Invitational where it got 4th (women) and eighth (men).

Harding freshman runner Benson Lingokal delivered a runner-up finish at the City Auto Memphis Twilight XC Classic in his collegiate debut, racing four miles in 19:09.83 as his team took fifth in an NCAA Division I-heavy field.

East Central sophomore runner Joyce Kemboi took first place in her first race in an ECU uniform as the former Texas A&M All-SEC performer ran five kilometers in 17:06.5 at the Aggie Duels in Lawton, Okla.
