RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the women’s and men’s golfer of the week for the second week of the spring season. Henderson State’s Felisa Sajulga claimed the Women’s honor and Northwestern Oklahoma State’s Mathieu Zerwin earned the Men’s award.

#theGAC WOMEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Felisa Sajulga, Sr., Henderson State, College Station, Texas
Sajulga led the Reddies to a seventh-place finish at the Southern Invite. Individually, she tied for fifth following rounds of 2-over-par 73 and even par 71. She made five birdies at the event. The 15-team tournament featured 12 nationally-ranked schools. She bested 15 golfers ranked higher than her in the most recent Division II national rankings.

#theGAC MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Mathieu Zerwin, So., Northwestern Oklahoma State, Lafayette, Colorado
Zerwin paced the Rangers at their opening spring event, the Rattler Invitational. After opening with a 4-over 76, he improved
in rounds two and three with a 1-over 73 and an even-par 72. He made two birdies in each of the three rounds. He played
par-5s in 1-under par.
