Welcome to my weekly commissioners’ corner. The weekly commissioners’ meeting will be at 9:00 A.M Monday in the meeting room.

This week we hopefully will get to work on Latham School Road. Weather prevented us from working last week.

We will be replacing tinhorns, which often flood. Three tinhorns will replace the tinhorn to improve water flow.

We were able to start hauling shale for the new bridge on Bud French Road. We hope to have this road open in the next week or two.

This past week we got some more culverts painted. We have two side booms now back in operation that will be out working.

We were able to purchase a salt sand spreader out of NWA. It is used. It will need a little work but very little. A new one cost $45,000-$50,000 this one only cost $3,700. We hope we don’t have to use it this year but we are prepared if the weather hits.
