WHAT A WEEK! I don’t know about your house but we had over 10 inches of snow at mine. It is the most I can remember in my lifetime. I want to shout out to all those who could stay home and did. I know lots of people have to work and have to get out in the weather, and to those people thank you for working. It takes all people. But in winter weather please stay home if you can. It would be less work for people if they did not have to deal with extra people in the ditches.
Thank you to my crew for working long hours this week even on days off to get roads taken care of and passable. Looks like another round of real cold weather is headed our way next weekend into the first of the following week, make sure you plan ahead. Only time will tell if that will involve snow again.
We will be out looking at roads this week. Please keep in mind that what we can do to roads at the moment is limited until this all passes. We will do what we can to make sure everything is still passable. It will be springtime before we know it.
