This week, we will be working on a project where I have partnered with District 1 Commissioner Vallard Campbell III. We will be working on Red Barn Road. Half of the road is in his district, and half is in District 2. We are partnering together to do an overlay of the road. It has been Imuch needed for several years now. This will cause delays on that road, so please be patient. It will be worth the wait.
I started last week on a grant for an Unpaved Road Grant for Rabbit Road to address some of the drainage problems. We should know something in a couple of weeks if we are getting that grant.
We moved a third road grader to the Latham/Dog Creek/Walls area to try and get those roads back up in shape from all the winter weather and persistent rain.
Our painting crews are still out painting. Our patch crews will be out this week patching.
