The 75th Oklahoma Highway Patrol Academy begins Monday March 9, 2026. Sixty-three cadets will report to the Robert R. Lester Training Center on the Department of Public Safety campus to begin their twenty-four weeks of intense training.
The 74th Academy is a traditional academy; some cadets have prior law enforcement experience, but many do not. The cadets are coming to OHP from all areas of the state and country, hoping to complete the academy and become an Oklahoma state trooper.
