IbarraOKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 24, 2025) – The latest addition to Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list is accused of a double homicide in Tulsa earlier this month.

Police believe Angel Ivan Ibarra, 19, is one of two shooters responsible for the Feb. 8, slaying of two teenagers and the wounding of two others in a Tulsa apartment complex. Investigators say Ibarra and alleged accomplice Christopher Atjun, who is in custody, had targeted one of the murder victims.

The three other victims were not intended targets, according to police.

Agents with the Attorney General’s Office are partnering with the Tulsa Police Department to bring Ibarra to justice. A reward of up to $8,000 is available for information directly leading to his arrest.

“It is our hope that Oklahomans can help lead to the capture of this dangerous individual,” Drummond said. “The 10 Most Wanted list has proven to be a valuable tool in helping law enforcement track down fugitives from justice.”

To learn more about the other fugitives still at large, go to the Attorney General’s 10 Most Wanted page. In some cases, financial rewards ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 are offered for information directly leading to the arrest of an individual on the list.
