According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol a Fort Smith man was injured in an automobile accident that occurred on Oct 6, 2018 at approximately 6:50 am on State Highway 31, approximately one mile west of Bokoshe, OK in Leflore County.
According to the report, a 2001 Dodge truck driven by Fredi Diaz Reyes 23, from Fort Smith was westbound on SH31, when he departed the roadway to the left and struck a tree.
He was transported by Tulsa Life Flight to St. John Hospital in Tulsa and was admitted in critical condition with multiple injuries.
