According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a McAlester man was injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred on August 2, 2018 at approximately 8:48pm on 4 Corners road just east of Blanco Road, approximately 8 miles south of McAlester in Pittsburg County.
According to the report, a 2014 Harley Davidson, driven by Gerardo Cuevas 36, from McAlester was eastbound on 4 corners road swerved to miss an animal in the roadway and overturned.
Cuevas was transported by Tulsa life flight to St Francis Hospital and was listed in critical condition with head and trunk external injuries.
Investigated by Trooper OHP and the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s office.
