On July 1, 2026, OBN’s Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at Alaunus Farm LLC (26266 Brazil Creek Loop, Shady Point, LeFlore County, Oklahoma) as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into illegal marijuana cultivation and operating without an OBN Registration.
OBN MET Agents seized 1,819 pounds of processed marijuana. Arrests are anticipated as this investigation moves forward.
Agencies assisting OBN MET on the Search Warrant included the ICE, DEA, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, District 16 Drug Task Force, LeFlore County Sheriff’s Office, and the LeFlore County Commissioner’s Office.
